Shipping Information

Shipping Information: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most items are ready to ship. I usually ship on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week. Please double check your address. I ship to the address you provide at checkout. At this time I am only shipping to US destinations.

*** I combine multiple orders going to the same address/customer to save packaging supplies and resources. 

Returns : I will gladly accept returns and cancellations.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery  

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation: before item has shipped . I do not accept exchanges since most of my items are one of a kind and limited in supply. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I take care to package my items in a secure padded box and bubble mailer. I must be notified upon receipt/tracking info of delivery of a broken item. I will consider an unusual amount of broken items to one buyer as a cancellation of further transactions.
Missing Packages: I am not responsible for misplaced or misdelivered packages. Once the item leaves my hands it is out of my control. If the tracking says delivered the transaction is closed. I am not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address or stolen from porches etc. It your responsibility to provide a secure delivery address. If there is a pattern of missing items I will no longer ship to that address and or customer and any future orders will have to be cancelled.
Customs and import taxes:
  • Delivered At Place (DAP). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. I will not mark international orders as a gift and will fill out the correct customs forms and information for each order.
